3D building design

Building Information Modeling creates an intelligent database driven by the dynamic three-dimensional (3D) modeling of a building. It works as a team collaboration tool that improves project visualization, information sharing, and management.

IGW Architecture uses AutoDesk Revit software as our primary 3D design platform. We use it to simulate and optimize the design of a facility and to keep data accurate and coordinated through documentation, construction, and facility management.

BIM allows a project's critical physical and functional characteristics to be designed, visualized, and analyzed early in planning. This supports client review and decision-making on the choices that affect quality, cost, schedule, and sustainability.
