An upgrade of circa-1978 apartments for better marketability: improved two-bedroom units and new deluxe two-bedroom units created by combining existing apartments.
IGW also helped develop a marketing program with optional upgrades for residents.
Downtown Chicago, IL
Renovation of an 1,100-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with a new galley kitchen and built-in appliances, upgraded bedrooms and baths, and new finishes throughout.

Several new two- and three-story wood-frame student apartment buildings within Urbana's Mixed Office Residential (MOR) district.
Several of IGW's projects were featured in the city's MOR Design Guidelines.

Feasibility, planning, and design for converting a derelict two-story office building into first-floor commercial space and second-floor loft apartments with inset balconies.
The work includes a new exterior, new interiors, and an accessible entry plaza.
